KSI is housed in the ICT Innovation Incubators run by Navarra’s European Business Innovation Centre (CEIN)
KSI, Seguridad Digital, launched the product ecoAsesoría presenting it at national scale at SIMO NETWORK 2009, the International ICT Services and Solutions Trade Fair, helded from the 22nd to the 24th of September in Madrid. KSI, as part of the ICT Innovation Incubators run by Navarra’s European Business Innovation Centre (CEIN), will be located in the Incubator section at the Fair, an area devoted to companies with innovative projects, having been chosen as a candidate for the third Incubator Prize.
EcoAsesoría is a novel product already commercially available in Navarra which has given extremely good results to date. EcoAsesoría integrates in with business service consultancy, payroll, tax and accountancy management applications, as well as other tools, allowing for the publication of electronically signed information and encrypting it if necessary. In addition to ensuring document security, this desktop application also means that a great deal of the internal administrative work performed by business service consultants can be automated. EcoAsesoría administers payrolls, Income Tax certificates, Social Security contribution documents, contracts, redundancy settlements, VAT, Income Tax and commercial registry documentation, among other things. Sending this documentation is also an easy process, it being possible to send it by e-mail or via Web-based file sharing systems.
KSI hopes that the product will be well received, current customers being highly satisfied with the speed at which the system manages documents and the time and cost savings it involves.
