The delivery of diplomas was made during the Conference on "Partnership in promoting and improving competitiveness in the ICT sector" organized by ATANA with CONETIC (Spanish Confederation of Information Technology, Communications and electronics Business ).
The event was performed using a new videoconferencing system which allowed to interconnect 7 locations of 7 regional associations of ICT companies: Navarre, Salamanca, Cantabria, Asturias, Basque Country, Galicia and Madrid.
Carlos Fernandez Gallo, Deputy Assistant General Manager of Development of Information Society at the ETSI, was invited to the event and exposed the results obtained from MINETUR helps for ICT SMEs to obtain quality certification.
Nerea Corera, Manager of ATANA, presented the diplomas to Inigo Sanciñena Manager of ANIMSA that obtained the ISO 20000 certification and Javier Igal, Chief QA & Information Security Area of INCITA that obtained the ISO 20,000 and ISO 27,001 certifications.
Then CONETIC presented the FACIT platform for managing quality processes at ICT SMEs and Red-TEIC, collaborative platform to facilitate business opportunities, both aimed at encouraging cooperation, promotion and improvement of the competitiveness of ICT companies.

This meeting completes the first phase of institutional contacts initiated by ATANA, representing the ICT sector in Navarre, to expose the potential for collaboration with the Government of Navarra.
Miguel Ángel Latasa (President), Roberto Elizalde (VP) and Nerea Corera (Manager) on behalf of associated companies, presented the Association of Navarra’s ICT Companies and then shared with the President the conclusions drawn from previously held meetings with various ministries and the next line of joint action.
