The INSERTIC project, coordinated by ATANA nationwide, intends to cover the need for qualified professionals detected by ICT companies
With this project, ATANA aims to answer to the permanent skill needs of ICT professionals to ensure the improvement of their individual skills and career development by achieving their labor market participation and, at the same time meet the demand for employment ICT companies with highly qualified professionals.
INSERTIC programs are highly valued for allowing the adequacy of training of young people to the real needs of businesses, benefiting both sides.
In Navarra, two new training programs started on December 29th: “Programador de aplicaciones orientadas a objetos” and “Programación en Lenguajes Estructurados”.
Thirty students began the training after having past the recruiting process successfully.
ATANA, Association of ICT Companies of Navarra (ATANA), belongs to the Executive Committee of the Spanish Confederation of Business Information Technology, Communications and Electronics (CONETIC) and with the Public Employment Service of the Ministry of Labour and Immigration, coordinates this project both nationally and regionally.

This meeting completes the first phase of institutional contacts initiated by ATANA, representing the ICT sector in Navarre, to expose the potential for collaboration with the Government of Navarra.
Miguel Ángel Latasa (President), Roberto Elizalde (VP) and Nerea Corera (Manager) on behalf of associated companies, presented the Association of Navarra’s ICT Companies and then shared with the President the conclusions drawn from previously held meetings with various ministries and the next line of joint action.
