The conference, which began at 16:00, was given by Dolores Carmona, director of the Department of Intellectual Property and New Technologies of Clarke, Modet and C º, the leading group of companies in industrial and intellectual property in the Spanish-and-Portuguese speaking countries.
After a few welcome words of Mikel Martínez, president of ATANA, Carmona opened the conference with the topic of the copyright in the audio-visual industry. During the event, Carmona combined the exhibition of theoretical basic concepts with examples and the exchange of experiences among the assistants, so that they could acquire a practical vision. The aim was to facilitate the comprehension and the necessary protection knowledge to work in the digital market and new models.
The closing act was headed by the general manager of the INAAC, Koldo Lasa, organism with which ATANA signed a collaboration agreement when constituted in 2009 with the aim of promoting joint actions in support of the sector. Since then, ATANA continues his work of improving the audio-visual model improves for Navarre promoting the development of the production companies of the sector.
